The annual convention is the main groundwater trade show in Texas. Annual Convention Each year, TGWA hosts a three-day Annual Convention in January. The program includes the latest industry technologies, policy/rule updates, and continuing education classes for water well drillers and pump installers. One of the best parts of the convention is the live auction. All proceeds from the auction go to the scholarship fund, which is awarded to college students annually.
